Your requests are processed by our support team as quickly as possible, which means that you can, most of the time, get a first response within 24 hours for a simple request. This does not mean that your request will be resolved, but that it will have been taken care of and that you will be in contact with one of our agents.
To get a user account on this new online support center, ask us for your new ID and password by sending us a quick request.
Even though we've changed platforms, you can still access your old online requests from the old support center, using your old login and password.
Please note that only requests already opened will continue to be processed on the old platform until they are closed. This means that all new requests must now be opened on the new platform.
